Diabetes

We offer education on diabetes for those who are newly diagnosed or those who are having problems getting their diabetes back on track.  Currently all patients with diabetes are eligible for an annual free check-up with a Practice Nurse.

Our Senior Practice Nurses are experienced in starting patients on insulin as prescribed by their GP.  We offer ongoing support in patient self-management for this.
