After Hours Services

For any medical emergency you need to call 111.

The best time to access medical services is during our usual opening hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We have access to laboratories and x-rays and have a wide range of staff available to support your care.

However, sometimes care is needed outside business hours and you then need to use our after hours services. We have clinicians (GP or Paramedics) who are rostered on call to come in to the medical centre for urgent medical needs. Outside business hours please phone (07)8819102. Your call will be answered by NZ based Homecare Medical nurses. These nurses are able to offer advice to help you with your medical care or they will arrange for you to be seen by the on call staff at the medical centre.
