Prescription Fee Changes

We are adjusting our prescription services for all patients.  With our technology upgrade last year, we are able to send your prescription direct to the pharmacy of your choice.  Many patients are already taking advantage of this, meaning they do not need to come into the Medical Centre to collect their prescriptions.

Patients using Manage My Health can pay online at the same time as requesting their prescriptions.  If you would like to register for Manage My Health, please get in touch with us.

For patients requesting their prescriptions over the phone or by email, you can continue to do so and let us know which pharmacy you would like to go to.  To make payment for your prescription you can transfer funds to our bank account, use your NHI and full name as the reference details.  Our bank account details are on our website.

From 1st April 2023, we are streamlining our fee structure for prescriptions when a GP Consultation is not needed.

For all patients over the age of 14:

• Standard Prescription requests – $20
• Urgent Prescription requests – $25
• CSC Holders will receive will receive a $5 discount off the above fees.
